Catering Services:

This service provides food for parties, events and institutions. We can serve meals up to 500 people in a food truck, event space or deliver box lunches to a small business meeting. We adapt to our clients’ needs in many ways. We can adjust menus for dietary considerations or offer equipment for special event rental.

We provide hot or cold food to clients at a remote location. This business may cater in food that consists of hot gourmet meals prepared on-site, buffet food served in chafing dishes, or party platters of cheese, meats and snacks. We can also send servers, chefs and other employees to the site for black tie parties, conventions and other high-profile events. Or cater a small office party that may only require cold food, hot food in disposable chafing dishes, beverages and or equipment rental without catering employees on premises. Personal Chef Services & Meal Prep:

With our personal chef services we will send out a chef to meet with a client and customize a meal plan by determining how often the service will be provided and the number of meals cooked each time. We also provide the same services to one-time events such as dinner parties, or special events.

The client will typically choose various meals and sides from the chef’s menu or a personalized menu can be created for you. The chef will shop for all groceries, prepare the meals on a designated “cook date” in the client’s home or off premise, package the meals for the refrigerator or freezer, clean the kitchen and leave detailed reheating instructions for the client.

Amber Scullery is our Cajun smoked bbq inspired spooky themed food truck!
