Ahhhhh… all that has happened. Wow. Is the least I can say. I have finally made it. My first goal completed and in the bag. I have a fully functional, working, legit Food Truck. Its been many months since we first found out I had purchased a ticking time bomb on wheels. We rebuilt big red. Had it inspected. Got all the proper credentials to get her up and running. Now I have a Harry Potter themed kitchen on wheels and I am so excited! Today the truck was aired on Good Morning Arizona! What an awesome day for my new business and career. Heres to a new chapter.. a new level, a new lifestyle.
